When founder Tara Lynn Townes' son Encore was severely bullied for having achondroplasia — a rare form of dwarfism — he came home day after day with scratches and no lunch money, making excuses to protect the kids who hurt him. Encore is a happy, positive child with enormous love and drive. His mother decided no family should go through that alone, and built the tool she wished she'd had: an app that documents bullying the moment it happens and gets help moving immediately.
